The earth breaking ceremony of DHA Phase VII, Sector – Y (Karbath) marked the development of one of the finest and distinguished comfort. With a total area of 1310 Kanals and a total of 1487 plots (1396 residential plots and 91 commercial plots), DHA Phase VII, Sector – Y (Karbath) is an ecological pinnacle which possesses natural clumps of tree plantation along with BRB Canal and a vast area of Golf course at the other end. The chief guest Administrator DHA Lahore, Brigadier Waheed Gul Satti, SI (M) expressed his gratitude by appreciating the salient features like open gym in the park, botanical garden and nursery on 50 kanals, fast food chain, kids play area, family entertainment park, modernized town planning, basic health care, educational institutes, beautiful mosques, and better connectivity through broader main boulevard and spacious roads of this new sector.
