To facilitate our worthy clients DHA intend to provide indoor design consultancy service. Mature and visionary panel of architects and designers will be included in house staff inventory of DHA. This will enable members get their building design/drawing as per their ambition at market competitive price, making them free for market hassle of selecting architect/designers and then going through various revisions for the approval of design by BC br
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
BC Br is planning to start to give on site construction supervision by competitive/skilled engineers. So that our members can avail this service to avoid any misunderstanding during and after construction. This service will help to minimize the number of violation in building and decrease the cases of fine and demolishing.
EVALUATION AND ASSESMENT
BC Br has this vision to start building evaluation/assessment to facilitate its members in sale/purchase procedure. It is to make its members a reliable and satisfactory process of sale and purchase of building.
