Phase XIII Current Procedures

Change of Address

Documents Required

  • Signed Form (Download)
  • Application for Change of Address.
  • Copy of CNIC.
  • Copy of Allocation Letter.

Issuance of Allocation Letter & Transfer

Documents Required

  • Forwarding Letter.
  • Stamp Duty by the Purchaser.
  • CNIC copy of Purchaser.
  • 2x passport size photographs with blue background by the Purchaser.

Instructions

  • Allocation Letter to be collected personally by the owner(s), after 15 working days of depositing documents in DHA.
  • Bring following for collection of letter:-.
    • Original CNIC along with photocopy.
    • Original documents’ submission receipt.
  • In case of loss of any ownership letter, procedure for “Loss of Documents” is mandatory.
  • For collection of legal heirs allocation letter, minors not to come.

Legal Heirs Transfer

Documents Required

  • Forwarding Letter giving the details of documents under legal heirs signatures.
  • Original Confirmation of Booking / Allocation for cancellation so that new letter can be issued in the name of legal heirs.
  • Declaratory decree in respect of legal heirs issued by the civil judge having competent jurisdiction.
  • Affidavit duly attested by Oath Commissioner as per specimen.
  • Death Certificate (Duly attested).
  • Copies of CNIC of all legal heirs (duly attested).
  • 2x passport size photographs of each legal heir duly attested by class one gazetted officer.
  • Advertisement regarding death of the owner with photograph in two national dailies (Urdu & English) as per specimen (available at DHA reception).
  • Associate membership form of legal heirs (Jointly).
  • Associate membership fee & transfer fee vouchers.
  • Professional and Legal Charges vouchers.

Instructions

  • Original CNIC must be brought along.
  • For collection of legal heirs letter minors not to come.

No Demand Certificate-NDC (Non-Possession)

Documents Required

  • Copy CNIC of owner.
  • Photocopy of Allocation Letter.
  • Associate membership (AM) Form with Voucher of AM Fee by the seller.

Instructions

  • Collect payment voucher from Accounts Office Phase-13 on due date.
  • Submit the deposit voucher copy to Transfer Clerk in Transfer & Customer Support Section Phase-13. Submit the Transfer set to Transfer Section Phase-13 for the Transfer appointment.
  • Original Allocation Letter to be surrendered to DHA at the time of transfer. Original Transfer fee voucher and other dues (if any) to be submitted at least two days before transfer
  •  Original CNIC must be brought along.

Regular Transfer

Documents Required

  • Forwarding Letter (application) giving the detail of sale and list of documents with three signatures of seller.
  • Return the original Allocation Letter so that new letter in the name of new transferee can be issued.
  • Affidavit (Specimen available at DHA’s reception and website).
  • Copy of CNIC of both seller and purchaser duly attested by Oath Commissioner.
  • No Demand Certificate.
  • 10% variation undertaking by the purchaser.
  • Transfer Fee (According to Plot Size).
  • Original transfer/sale deed along with affidavits of seller and purchaser to be surrenderd.
  • CVT & Stamp Duty undertaking on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/-.

Instructions

  • Original CNIC must be brought along by Seller, Purchaser & Dealer or representative of dealer.

Verification of Dues and Updation of Data

Documents Required

  • Copy of letter from DHA.
  • Copy of valid CNIC.
  • 2x Passport size photographs with blue background.
  • Copies of all paid receipts.

Updation of Data

Documents Required

  • Copy of letter for data update from DHA Lahore
  • Copy of CNIC
  • 2 x Passport size photos (Blue Background)

Duplicate Allocation Letter

Documents Required

  • Covering Letter addressed to Dir Phase-13.
  • Affidavit duly typed on stamp paper of Rs. 50/-.
  • Copy of CNIC.
  • Undertaking In case of urgent letter.
  • News paper advertisement National dailies (Urdu and English).
  • F.I.R / Police Report original.
  • 2 Photographs.
  • Original paid challan.

Verification of Allocation File

Documents Required

  • Application for Verification of Allocation File.
  • PKR 2000 paid challan form original.
  • Copy of Allocation Letter.
  • Application to Director Transfer & Customer Support phase 13 with original signature.
  • Copy of owner CNIC.
  • Copy of applicants CNIC if applicant is property dealer.
  • Copy of dealer/ DHA card if applicant is a property dealer.
  • Copy of Allocation/ Intimation/ Allotment letter.
  • Original Paid Challan.
