The health of the community is one of the top prioritised focuses of DHA organisation. This factor is more obvious by the addition and installation of recent water filtration plants. The installation of five water filtration plants ,and making this facility functional for the ease of the residents, has earned a huge recognition in favour of DHA Lahore . Each of the water purification plant has capacity of providing 2000 gallons of water per hour. These newly started water purification points are installed at Sector A & L of Phase – V, Sector BB & GG of Phase – IV and Sector N of Phase -1. This big facility is provided to the residents free of cost and throughout the day. The installed water filtration plants have high effectiveness to remove the water sediments, bacteria and arsenic which makes the water safe for drinking purpose.
