To ensure compliance with global app store standards (Google Play and Apple App Store) and to provide a transparent experience for DHA Lahore residents, the following content has been developed for the “Delete Account” feature within the DHA Lahore Mobile App.

2. Policy & Informational Content
When a user selects “Delete Account,” they should be presented with the following details regarding their data
What happens when you delete your account?
● Profile Data: Your personal information, including your name, email, and contact details linked to the app, will be permanently removed from our active mobile database.
● Digital Pages & Preferences: Any saved listings, reviews, or personalized settings within Digital Pages will be deleted.
● App Interaction History: Your notification history and specific app-based activity logs will be purged.
3. Account Deletion Request Form (External)
For users who have already uninstalled the app and wish to request account deletion, a dedicated section on the DHA Lahore website or a support email is required. Subject: Request for DHA Mobile App Account Deletion
