Privacy Policy User Data
1- Scope
This policy applies to information processed through the App. It does not cover third-party services you access through external links or services that have their own privacy policies.

- Login/account details: such as name, phone number, email address, and password/OTP-based login details (depending on how the App authenticates).
- Profile details (optional): address or property/plot references, and other details you add in the App.
- Support communications: messages or feedback you submit.

- Device & app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
- Usage information: actions within the App (e.g., screen views, feature usage) to understand what works well.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics, and error reports.
- Approximate location (optional): general location derived from network/IP for basic functionality and security.

- Precise location: if you grant location permission, we may use GPS-based location to support map features (e.g., showing your location on the map, navigating to DHA offices/services, or finding nearby facilities).

4.Login & Account Data
We process your login/account information to authenticate you and provide access to App features. Depending on the authentication method, this may include phone number/email and OTP verification, or password-based login.
- We use account identifiers to keep your session secure and to personalize App content where applicable.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive information unless it is necessary for service delivery and explicitly requested within the App.
5.Maps & Location
The App uses map functionality to display locations and provide directions to DHA-related facilities and services.
- Location permission: If you allow location access, the App can show your current position on the map and improve navigation.
- If you decline permission: you can still use many map features (e.g., viewing DHA locations), but “show my location” or navigation accuracy may be limited.
Map services may be provided by third-party providers (e.g., Google Maps). These providers may process certain device and location data under their own privacy policies.
6. Push notifications
We may send push notifications to provide important updates (e.g., service updates, announcements, reminders, or account-related alerts).
- Device tokens: Push systems typically use a device token/identifier to deliver notifications to your device.
- Your control: You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
- No message content access: Push providers may process delivery metadata (such as delivery time and device token), but we do not share your private in-app content with them unless required to deliver the notification.
7. Analytics & crash reporting
We use analytics and crash reporting to understand App performance and improve stability. This may include collecting:
- App events and usage patterns (e.g., which screens are used most).
- Crash logs, stack traces, and performance diagnostics.
- Device and app version information to reproduce and fix issues.
These tools help us identify bugs, reduce crashes, and improve user experience. Where available, we configure them to minimize the collection of personal data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

- Use a strong password (if applicable) and keep your credentials confidential.
- Do not share OTPs with anyone.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
- Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation, as needed for operational and legal purposes.
- Analytics/diagnostics: retained for a limited period (typically weeks or months) to support performance and security monitoring.

- Access/update: You can update certain profile details in the App (if available).
- Location controls: You can enable/disable location permission in your device settings.
- Notification controls: You can enable/disable notifications in your device settings.
- Deletion request: You may request account deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for children under [13/16/18]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice in the App.
